Nanocoatings Features

Complex coating methods includingCVD, PVD, ion implantation are united in single technological cycle.

Our coatings have nanolayer structure and are composed from layers on the base of Al, Ti, Cr, Zr, Mo, and their compounds with N, C, O in different compositions. Thickness of each layer is approximately ~ 5-10 nm.

Microhardness 25000-45000 MPa (in accordance with coating composition).

Low temperature deposition processes of coatings with good adhesion to base (T≤120°С-computer controlled ).

Automated data acquisition and control system allows us to manage basic technological parameters in a very precise way.
